Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GneuronAI. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. Service
GneuronAI is an online Prompt Engineering training covering ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and related AI tools. We deliver lessons, labs, quizzes, and a verifiable course-completion certificate.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (18 in jurisdictions that require it) and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans, payment & trial
- Free trial gives 3 days of access to Module 01.
- Pro and Expert plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: 14 days after first purchase, no questions asked, unless prohibited by your local law.
- Prices and taxes shown at checkout are final.
5. License to use the content
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for learning purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or train derivative AI models on the content without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share account credentials, automate access, attempt to break security, upload illegal content, or use the service in violation of applicable law (including export controls).
7. Intellectual property
Lessons, labs, code samples, branding and the certificate template remain the property of GneuronAI and its licensors. Submissions you create on the platform belong to you; you grant us a worldwide royalty-free license to host and display them on the platform.
8. Third-party services
GneuronAI is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other model providers. Some labs may require a third-party AI account; you remain bound by that provider’s own terms.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance and update the curriculum, prices, or features with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these terms; refunds are then handled per Section 4.
11. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, death or personal injury).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place of business of the operator. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply where applicable.
